  • Spiritual Wellbeing?

Do you organize yourself?

Do you manage your time effectively and be productive all the time?

Do you divide your day between your basic activities and special activities?

Have you ever admired the #luxuries that have been provided to you, without you even asking for them?

How do you watch yourself and become better, day by day?

And the LAST, but not the least, what is #STRESS and how can we manage it?

Wondering to find answers to the above questions?

This post is for you!!

1. Background about Stress and mental health:

According to the Mental Health Foundation,

“ Stress is the feeling of being overwhelmed or unable to cope with mental or emotional pressure”

And what is #Stress #Management then?

As per a report published in Study.com,

“Stress management consists of making changes to your life if you are in a constant stressful situation, preventing stress by practicing self-care and relaxation, and managing your response to stressful situations when they do occur”

2 . A quote to get inspired from: “The truth is that stress doesn’t come from your boss, your kids, your spouse, traffic jams, health challenges, or other circumstances. It comes from your thoughts about your circumstances.”

~Andrew Bernstein.

Stress is created due to external circumstances, but still, you can’t blame them for it, because ultimately, you create it on yourself.

3. Amazing insights on Stress Management Basics by Disha Ghosal:
