The team that inspired the leaders!

--

We’ve often heard about leaders inspiring teams but this blog post is dedicated to the team that inspired leaders across the industry.

I dedicate this week’s blog to Mohs10 Technologies founder Tri Rath and his team of young forces armed with tons of passion, heaps of commitment, and loads of talent.

It was an honor to attend and deliver a session at DTT 2023 hosted by Mohs10 & CIPET at Bhubaneshwar.

This unexpected trip taught me several things. Here is the summary of my observations:

1) Secrets are REALLY best kept: I realized that the caption Odisha, India’s best-kept secret is very apt to this wonderful state. Was super thrilled to see the cleanliness of the state(not just the capital) but remote villages too. There are many places (with rich heritage) to explore.

We’ll get to know about something only when we get into it!

2) Warmth and congeniality: Right from the cab driver, betel shop owner, housekeeping boy at the hotel, chat bhandar owner and almost everyone I met were super friendly and respectful. Amazed to see the warmth in their soft conversation — honestly, I didn’t find any rude person.

3) Passion to make a difference: Startup enthusiasts here are focusing on solving real business problems than making money. People were eager to share their stories and inspire others to take up bigger and bigger challenges. Conversations were free-flowing as if it was a toastmasters district level contest :)

4) Vision and Purpose: I noticed a strong alignment of Tri’s vision and purpose in every Mohs10 employee — they are very clear about what they are chasing and how their contributions are impacting, Glad to see that a fellow GE alumnus is building such an amazing team to create wonders!

As long as your employees are aligned with your purpose and strongly inculcate values, you can achieve anything in the world

5) Seeking clarity: People were really willing to learn, which was evident through thoughtful questions asked at the end of every session demonstrating that they stand out from the crowd.

In this era of instant gratification, it is difficult to find an audience that listens to the presentations and most importantly asks some profound questions.

Keeping in view the attention levels of readers, I want to stop here… but I am sure the memories of the Bhubaneswar trip are going to be there for quite a long time and will lead to a hangover.

Love you Odisha!

Dhanyabhado — for everything!
