Stress to Serenity: A journey that we aim for!

If Stress is used to achieve deadlines — It’s a Positive one

If the stress stops you from progressing, then it’s the negative one.

We need to identify the triggers of stress and avoid them to the extent possible.

They may be:

1. Weather related

2. Environment-related.

3. Maybe there are some toxic people around you.

4. Things like #COVID-19 Pandemic also caused severe stress among people irrespective of their profession.

But most of us aims to embark on Serenity journey.

  • How do we believe that #serenity will come?
  • And how do we define serenity?
  • What does serenity feel like?

Simply defined, the absence of stress and anxiety is serenity. It is a state of peace and calmness, where there is no pressure.

Relaxation is the key to serenity.

Things that help in serenity:

1. Being physically active.

2. Travel to new places or favorite places.

3. Refreshing food.

4. Connect with nature for fresh air.

5. Deep breathing exercises.

Things will happen in life, you have to just believe.

Desire to be positive. Positive thinking and optimism will bring a fresh hope in life!

Life is, to be honest, -a gift. Live with compassion by appreciating what we are blessed with

Live with a heart full of gratitude. Being grateful attracts more & more positive things!
